We built the tools that were missing.

Heatmixer Sweden AB develops equipment for the construction phase of district heating, the part of the industry that decides network lifetime. The products are the result of close collaboration with experienced project managers: people who have seen the same problems return, trench after trench, year after year.

Two problems stood out. First: no technology on the market closes the flow when a hydraulic hose fails during pressurised hot-water work, despite every risk assessment pointing at exactly that risk. Second: no uncomplicated method delivers thermal prestressing that is both uniform and verifiable, even though correct prestressing determines the technical service life of the pipes.

Heatmixer Excess Flow Valve and Heatmixer Model 1 are our answers. Both are patent-pending, and both enter operational field trials with operators starting April 2027. We also run the knowledge site districtheatingnetwork.com, making the industry's construction-phase knowledge openly available, with sources.
